P100,000.00 monthly profit is also very possible. Check this calculation.
The figures are not 100% correct or exact. However, it is the closes
figures that I can come up with. Case study 1: 200bottes per day
Expenses (Cost of production):
1 House Rent 7,000
2 Electric Bill 12,000
3 Water Bill 10,000
4 Telephone 1,200
5 Refiller 3,500
6 Filler 3,500
7 Driver -1 5,000
8 Driver-2 5,000
9 Fuel/Gas 2,000 Using a tricycle for delivery
10 Consumables 1,100
11 Maintenance 500
12 Depreciation 416 say equipment life is 5 yrs.
13 Tax 1,000
14 Water testing 300
15 License renewal 1,500
16 Bottle damage lost 1,200
- - -- - - -- -
Php 55,216.00 monthly cost of production
Sales Calculation:
Ex.1 200 bottles per day x 30 pesos/botlle
= 6,000 sales per day
= 156,000 per month
Net profit calculation:
Total sales - total expenses = net profit
P156,000 - P55,216.00 = P100,784.00 n.profit
I know water stations that can really sell 200bottles or even 300bottles per day.
With 100 to 150 bottles, I am confident that you can easily get P40,000.00 net profit.
Excited? Can you feel a burning sensation in your spine? Wait till my next blog.
